Customer communications and information that are not required for those purposes may be deleted sooner when they are no longer reasonably necessary.

Some information may remain within Etsy’s systems, backups, transaction records, or other systems controlled by Etsy. Etsy’s retention of that information is governed by Etsy’s own policies and is outside the direct control of Majestic Prints.

When information is no longer needed, I will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to any continuing legal obligations.

5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland

Majestic Prints operates from the United States. Etsy, production partners, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, and other service providers may process personal information in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Requests involving information controlled exclusively by Etsy should be submitted directly to Etsy. Etsy may also be able to assist with account-level information, payment records, or information that is unavailable to individual sellers.

I will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

Majestic Prints does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through its Etsy shop.

Purchases must be made through an Etsy account and in accordance with Etsy’s eligibility and account requirements. If I learn that I have independently collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, I will take reasonable steps to delete it.
